We often use materials that are by-products of other manufacturing processes and are not used further in those processes. For example, our coffee wood comes from the rejuvenation of coffee plantations, our tree heath roots are surplus from the production of exclusive tobacco pipes, and the sheep horns are a by-product of food production. This is our perfect upcycling!

We always keep the environment in mind when processing our chew sticks. For example, our tree heather roots and red deer antlers are collected by hand. We avoid using large machines in order to protect the forest and the unique landscape. Our production facility in Vietnam is powered by solar energy.

A good example is our production of coffee wood chewing sticks in Vietnam: the German standards we apply there also include further training for families in coffee cultivation. To guarantee our social impact and the long-term fulfillment of working conditions for our colleagues, partners and suppliers we work according to international occupational safety standards, e.ge., SA 8000 and always in very close personal cooperation.
