What Size Does My Dog Need?

IMPORTANT: Choosing the right size based on a dog‘s weight and chewing habits is essential. Because only the right size can give your dog the perfect chewing experience. If your dog is a heavy chewer or if you are in doubt, please go up one size.
- Extra Small chews are ideal for breeds like Japanese Chin, Pekingese, Pomeranian, Yorkshire Terrier, etc.
- Small chews are ideal for breeds like Dachshund, Japanese Spitz, Jack Russell Terrier, French Bulldog, etc.
- Medium chews are ideal for breeds like Australian Shepherd, Beagle, Border Collie, Poodle, etc.
- Large chews are ideal for breeds like Dalmatian, Weimaraner, Collie, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Rhodesian Ridgeback, etc.

Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping
We ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii nor Alaska.
We are not responsible for wrong addresses that have been confirmed by the customer at check out. Please double check the shipping address at checkout.
If a customer notices a wrong shipping address immediately after confirming their order, promptly email support@canophera.com to have it change, as we fulfill orders quickly.
If the package has already been sent out, the customer may be charged for shipping a replacement package and/or may not be sent a replacement till the original package is in transit back to sender.
Shipping Times

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders arriving over weekend days will begin to be fulfilled starting the following Monday. Same day order fulfillment is not guaranteed and is not at all possible for orders arriving after 3pm US Eastern Standard Time.
- Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, UPS or USPS, we do not have control. Please contact the carriers if you need details on the status of your package.

If your package has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier but is not found in the described location, it is the recipients responsibility to contact their local post office or carrier to inquire.

Helpful Tips:
- Wait a couple days to see if the package shows up (USPS sometimes marks their packages as "delivered" but does not do so till a day or two later
- Call your local post office to inquire about the status of the package
- Reach out to neighbors/neighborhood Facebook group to see if the package was accidently delivered to the wrong house or mailbox

Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund of your original purchase or you may request an exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be shipped with the shipping carrier within 21 days from the date they were originally delivered AND:
- Be in new condition
- Include all original packaging and original tags still attached
- Be free from any chewing
Items returned that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected altogether.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@canophera.com with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange.
Once we receive your request, we will share will you the return address.
Please note: You cannot request a return/refund from single items from the Happy Chew Box. In order to be eligible for a return of a Happy Chew Box, all chews with the original tags and informational page must be included inside the original box. If not all items are returned, a refund will not be issued.
Once the item(s) are received by our warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to come through on your account.
If you have concern with an already chewed chew, please reach out to: support@canophera.com providing the below information:
- Picture(s) of the chewed chew and pieces of concern
- Order number
- Your dog's weight, age, and chew aggression style (moderate, heavy or aggressive)
Return Shipping
Customers will organize their own return shipping to the address provided following their return request. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange procedure involves returning the product(s) from the original order for a refund and placing a new order for the product(s) needed.
- Standard return policy applies and customer organizes and pays for their own return shipping.
- To exchange, return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and verify that the items are still in new condition. You will then be notified of the status of your refund by email. Please note, this process may take a few business days after the return shipping tracking shows “delivered”.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal account). The time it takes to see the refunded amount appear back in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

CANOPHERA Kaustäbe bestehen aus den besten Materialien, die die Natur zu bieten hat. Kaffeebaumholz ist eine ideale Ressource für Kaustäbe für Hunde. Es ist deutlich härter als andere Holzarten, weshalb unsere Sticks besonders widerstandsfähig sind. Gleichzeitig weichen die Fasern des Holzes beim Kauen auf und sorgen für ein sicheres Spielen. Und da Kaffeebaumholz die einzige Zutat in unseren CANOPHERA Sticks ist, sind unsere Produkte zu 100 % vegan und frei von schädlichen Zusatzstoffen.
Außerdem schont unsere Produktion die Umwelt. Da Kaffeebaumholz ein natürliches Nebenprodukt der Kaffeeproduktion ist, muss kein Baum extra für uns gefällt oder entwurzelt werden.
Um sicherzustellen, dass jeder Hund den passenden Stick findet, gibt es unsere Kaustäbe in verschiedenen Größen — von XS bis XL. Geeignet für ausgewachsene Hunde und Welpen ab 6 Monaten.
Größenempfehlung:
XS: für Hunde bis 5 kg
S: für Hunde bis 10 kg
M: für Hunde bis 20 kg
L: für Hunde bis 40 kg
XL: für Hunde ab 40 kg
Der CANOPHERA Kaustäbe für Hunde bietet dauerhafte Beschäftigung und unterstützt spielerisch die Zahnpflege. Der Kaustab stärkt die Kaumuskulatur und fördert die natürliche Reinigung der Zähne. Die feinen Holzfasern wirken dabei wie eine Zahnbürste.
Die Kaustäbe werden aus Kaffeebaumholz gefertigt. Sie enthalten keinerlei tierische oder künstliche Bestandteile, keine Kalorien, kein Koffein und keinen Zucker. Sie sind auch für Hunde mit Allergien oder Übergewicht geeignet.
Beim Kauen lösen sich feine Holzfasern, die ein wenig „Krümelarbeit“ hinterlassen — was Hunde lieben! Kleine Mengen dieser Fasern können problemlos verschluckt und verdaut werden. Sollten sich größere Stücke lösen, bitte entsorgen.
Bitte deinen Hund beim Kauen immer beaufsichtigen.
Wir empfehlen eine Kaueinheit von ca. 20 Minuten pro Tag, da dies der ideale Zeitraum ist, in dem Hunde in einen entspannten Zustand kommen.
